Order Process

Do I need to create an account in order to shop online?

No, you don’t need to create an account to make a transaction. You may proceed to checkout, as a guest. However, we will be asking for personal information when you proceed to checkout and payment of items on our website.

 

What products do you have available on-hand?

All products that you see at the shop.therockwellist.com website are available on-hand. All items purchased will be delivered straight to your specified delivery address within 2-3 days.

If you have a specific brand or item in mind, you may type it into the search bar at the top right corner of the page.

 

How can I purchase an item?

On our website, you may browse through our products, select an item, and simply add to cart. To proceed with your order, please follow all the steps on the screen completely.

 

Can I purchase from multiple brands for a single order?

Yes, any item available on our website can be purchased under one transaction.

 

How long will it take to process my order?

Once your order has been placed, our standard processing for delivery will take 2-3 days.

How can I cancel my order?

We strive to provide you with beyond ordinary service, and to ensure a timely delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Should you wish to cancel, please email us at [email protected]. Once your order has been shipped out, we can no longer cancel or modify your order, and will have to process it as a return/ exchange.

 

I'm having issues ordering from your site. Who can I contact?

Gifting

Can I have my order delivered to a different address as a gift?

Absolutely! On the checkout page, you may opt to have your items delivered to the recipient’s delivery address.

 

Do you have a gift wrapping service?

We sure do! You may add a Rockwellist Holiday Paper Bag to your cart and we’ll happily take care of packaging your items for gifting.

 

Can I ask for a gift receipt?

Yes, just make sure that the “This is a gift” box on the checkout page is ticked so we can include the gift receipt in your delivery.

 

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following credit/debit cards:

● Mastercard
● JCB

We also accept PayMaya payments.

 

What if my credit/debit card payment gets declined?

Please make sure to check your credit or debit card details (card number, expiry date, security code, billing address) before you confirm your payment.

If your card requires a One Time Pin (OTP), make sure you have entered the correct pin.

 

Will I receive an OR?

You will be receiving the original receipt from the store that you have purchased from.

 

Delivery

How does the delivery service work?

We understand how important it is for your items to be delivered safely and swiftly. We work closely with our courier partners to ensure that your items arrive between 8AM to 8PM on the specified delivery date. All deliveries take 2-3 days upon confirmation of the order.

We will be delivering to the shipping address indicated, so please make sure that the information provided is accurate and complete.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from the courier with delivery details and estimated time of arrival.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, all orders are only available for delivery within Metro Manila, Pampanga, Cavite, and Laguna.

 

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change any part of your order once the order and payment has been completed.

 

What happens if I’m not available to receive my order upon delivery?

If no one is present to receive your order, the courier will attempt to redeliver two times. Failure to receive on both attempts means we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any amount paid.

 

My order has not arrived yet. How can I follow up?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the following:

Can I refund my item if I changed my mind about my order?

You may return the item given that it is still in good condition, subject to management’s review. However, the following items are not valid for returns or exchanges: fine jewelry, underwear, lingerie, hosiery and socks, swimwear, cosmetics, fragrances, skincare, and items on final sale.
