Registration

●  shop.therockwellist.com (the “Platform”) is an on-line e-commerce portal available for your complimentary use

●  Please create an account and register by following the registration procedures.

●  You must be at least 18 years of age and possess your own valid credit card in order to register and use the Platform

●  If you are under 18 years of age, you may still register and use the Platform provided that: (a) you have informed your parent or guardian about your intent to register and use the Platform and the Privacy Policy of Rockwell Land Corporation (the “Company”) ; and (b) you possess your own valid credit card. 

 

Eligibility to Purchase

●  In order to be eligible to use the Platform’s Services, you have to:

     ○  be of 18 years of age or older (or if under 18 years old, with parental consent)

     ○  be a resident of the Philippines

     ○  own a valid credit or debit card powered by Visa, Mastercard JCB and/or PayMaya; and

     ○  provide valid payment details such as email address, mobile number, billing information and other requested information 

●  By purchasing from the Platform, you are authorizing the Company to process a charge or any charges on your credit/debit card or PayMaya account in the amount of the total purchase fee which includes delivery fees, service fees and any other fees listed on the checkout page

●  If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to the Company, the Company will not be held liable for any delay or cancellation of purchase and delivery.

●  All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

●  The Platform is for your personal use only, and goods purchased therefrom may not be resold. Any accounts found to be using the Platform for commercial purposes shall be immediately deactivated and the users banned. 

 

Order Acceptance

●  The items in your order are subject to the following conditions, and the Company reserves the right to deny or cancel your purchase if.:

     ○  The product is no longer in stock or fails to meet the Company’s quality standards

     ○  The delivery address is out of range from our delivery scope or if the delivery address has incomplete details

     ○  We are unable to deliver the item to your delivery address due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company

 

Shipping and Delivery

●  The Company will deliver orders from the Platform only up to 2 attempts of delivery.

●  All orders are subject to take at least 2-3 days for delivery unless stated in the product description of the item

●  The Company will send you email notifications to inform you on the deployment and estimated time of delivery of your order

●  Once the package arrives and is turned over to you, you must sign an acknowledgement receipt to prove delivery and acceptance of the transfer of responsibility.

 

Returns and Refunds

●   Products ordered through the Platform may not be returned for refund, but may be exchanged provided that: (a) they are unused,; (b) in their original condition; and (c) with their original packaging. They must also meet the quality standard of the brand the item belongs to and is subject to the exchange policy of that store.

●   However,  the following items are not valid for returns or exchanges: fine jewelry, underwear, lingerie, hosiery and socks, swimwear, cosmetics, fragrances, skincare, and items on final sale.

 

Brands and Products

●  All Brands and products listed in the Platform are genuine and original items from the Company’s participating stores

●  The Company shall not be responsible for items that have hidden defects. It shall be the sole responsibility of the participating stores to replace or rectify the damage.

 

Failure to Comply with the Company’s Policies, Rules, and National and Local Laws

The Company reserves the right to take appropriate actions against you and/or your account including the immediate suspension/termination thereof, and the filing of criminal, civil, and/or administrative cases for illegal/improper activities, including, but not limited to:

●  Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, and all Policies, Rules and Regulations of the Company in relation to the use of the Platform

●  Using other devices to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupt any of the services;

●  Committing or encouraging a criminal offense; such as fraud, money laundering or any crimes punishable by Philippine Law.

●  Transmitting or distributing a virus, including, but not limited to, trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, easter eggs, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information;

●  Impersonating any other person or body or misrepresenting a relationship with any person or body;

 

Data Privacy Consent

By using the Platform (shop.therockwellist.com) and availing of the Services, you agree to provide your personal information necessary to fulfill the Services provided. You agree and authorize the Company to store your information for the purposes of fulfilling the service you have availed. The Company may from time to time inform you of any promos and campaigns in relation to the service. The information you provided shall only be used for the Service to be provided by the Company. It will not be disclosed nor distributed to any other person or entity for any other purpose. 

 

If the provided information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, the Company may suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the Platform
