Kairos is considered “deep time” – a secondary concept of time in Greek culture as compared to Chronos which is the the time we measure with clocks, watches, phases of the moon. Though Kairos is lesser known – to us, it rings deeper and feels much more important.
Kairos refers to those moments in life where you stop and say “this is it. i get it”, “it doesn’t get any better than this”. It’s not just in the grand moments but also seen in the moments that feed your soul, like fuel.
It can feel like serendipity, or that of being able to cease an opportunity or even those small, mundane moments where time stands still and everything feels possible.
