•     ARC Black Bamboo Gin is handcrafted from organic Japanese black bamboo cultivated on our family farm, presents an elegant flavor profile of earth, grass and a spicy cardamom bite, deliciously balanced on a strong foundation of citrusy Italian juniper. 
•     Our base, similar for all our ARC spirits, is derived from whole kernel French winter wheat grown in the Champagne region, which rounds out the spirit with pristine notes of sweet caramel. 

TASTING NOTES

Nose: A fresh woody herbaceous aroma with hints of exotic spice and earthy terroir.

Palate: Forest floor, juniper, musk and spice. Floral and bittersweet, black pepper warmth.

Finish: Clean yet complex, strong juniper finish with cooling notes from spicy cardamom.

•     Gentle toasting allows the oak to impart a rich array of aromas and flavors of caramel, brioche and toasted marshmallow, balanced with juniper, citrus and  floral notes, to achieve a true sipping gin.

Nose: Citrus, cinnamon and cardamom on the nose, with a hint of spicy, peppery notes.

Taste: A rich, complex taste of juniper, citrus, oak, and vanilla, with pomelo and floral notes.

Finish: Pomelo and toasted caramel continue on the finish with a pinch of cinnamon and sweet spice.
