• A delicious citrus-forward flavor profile informed by fresh pomelo, dalandan, calamansi and dayap, anchored on a base of juniper, and rounded with fresh mango and fragrant sampaguita, ylang-ylang and kamia flowers.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Fresh highlights of pomelo and calamansi, with earthy coriander, savory juniper, pine and a rounding of mango. Hints of perfumed lavender.
Palate: Fresh pomelo, dalandan and calamansi, pine juniper spice. Floral dryness from the angelica and chamomile, with notes of lemongrass, cinnamon and black pepper.
Finish: Clean and balanced. Juniper, citrus, with cooling notes from lemon balm and spicy cardamom.

• ARC Black Bamboo Gin is handcrafted from organic Japanese black bamboo cultivated on our family farm, presents an elegant flavor profile of earth, grass and a spicy cardamom bite, deliciously balanced on a strong foundation of citrusy Italian juniper.
• Our base, similar for all our ARC spirits, is derived from whole kernel French winter wheat grown in the Champagne region, which rounds out the spirit with pristine notes of sweet caramel.

Nose: A fresh woody herbaceous aroma with hints of exotic spice and earthy terroir.
Palate: Forest floor, juniper, musk and spice. Floral and bittersweet, black pepper warmth.
